We will always respond to you within 24 hours or less. Customer care is very important to us and we are always working to improve your experience with Roobze.  
Delivery Timeline & Shipping Info
All of our products take 1-3 days to process and then an additional 10-15 days to arrive at your destination. We will send you order updates and shipping notifications via email.

If your package appears to be not advancing to its destination, we are more than happy to replace the package. If the order is 7 days behind we will provide a 40% refund on your full order value. If your product has been delayed more than 21 days, we will refund your order value in full and you can keep the item. 
Order Changes + Cancellations
An order can be canceled at no charge within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Order changes can be requested within 24 hours, however after we may be unable to edit your order.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email at support@roobze.com with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility! If your order has left the facility, we may not be able to update it, in which case the carrier will need to be contacted directly. 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the product arrives defective, we will resend it at no charge. Please contact us by email at support@roobze.com, or fill out the form on our website with a picture of your item and order number. We will replace your item and ship it to you within seven business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns. Do not mail back your order to us. 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we are happy to offer a replacement at no charge on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our contact form or email us including a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
Damaged Items can only be replaced within 1 month from your original order date. After this 1 month period, we are not responsible for replacing any damaged items.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package.
